Hello, I’m Michelle and I’d like to personally welcome you to Optimum Esthetics Website.

I have chosen to offer my clients a more personalized experience by creating a professional and luxurious esthetic setting within my home. I have found that my clients prefer the comfort of coming to my home where they can enjoy a more relaxed, quiet and private experience. They also appreciate the fact that they are not going to be running into and  dealing with a myriad of people when they come for their appointment!

My Philosophy

I have chosen certain technologies to treat my clients skin. As many of my clients are continuously searching for non-invasive anti-aging methods which they can actually rely on time and time again. The combination of technology and beautification of my treatments help meet this need.

Most skin issues can be addressed by the latest of technologies. This includes LED Light Therapy, Microcurrent and Ultrasound. Each one of these modalities can be transferred to the skin at the same time through simultaneous layering, benefitting my clients by saving time and money.

My Mission

Not only do I treat the skin from the outside, I approach both beauty and health from the inside on a cellular level. Focusing on the skin and wellness of the body as a whole, while slowing down the aging process from the inside out.

Optimum Esthetics is looking to deliver one thing above all else— instant and long lasting results. Always striving to keep up-to-date and offer the latest cutting-edge technology that is now available through science in the spa industry. These modalities are not only result-oriented, but they are also non-invasive, allowing you the client to relax and enjoy the experience.

By taking the time to educate my clients, I hope to ensure client satisfaction by helping them understand a good maintenance program is necessary,  just as if you were going to the gym to build muscle, repeat visits for client maintenance is necessary to achieve maximum results.

A little about me

I was born and raised in Yorkshire, England, and have lived in Hawaii since 1987. My love for the Hawaiian Islands, with its warm weather and diverse culture were the reasons I chose it to be my home for many years. At the beginning of 2014 I moved my business to Prosper, Texas, where  I continue  to share my passion and knowledge of skin care with everyone I meet.

My interest in the Beauty and Wellness Industry began when I was 16 years old and led me to study Esthetics in the United Kingdom. I continued my education here in the United States, where I earned my Licenses as a Beauty Therapist and Instructor. Alongside my formal training I worked for several international skin care companies where I gained an‘in depth’ understanding of product composition and its importance in skin care. This experience also afforded me the ability to market product in wholesale and retail industries.

I worked for several years as an Esthetics Instructor at the International School of Beauty and Esthetics in Honolulu and later took charge of the Esthetics department as Director of Education. I then continued my teachings at The Moe Academy of Aesthetics and Massage, where I taught the 600 Hour Esthetic program as well the 600 Hour Beauty Instructor program.

Between my early training and more formal instruction, my interest in other cultures and ideas lead me to embark on a journey which allowed me to work and live in exotic places such as the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia and India. My heritage of British, European and East Asian ethnicities has helped in my abilities to adapt to other cultures. My diverse background has allowed me to overcome language barriers and understand many different customs. These are the qualities of my teachings that I use to compassionately work with varied cultures and their unique differences.

My lifetime of experiences eventually guided me to another area of beauty and wellness. I wanted to find additional modalities that would work on beauty from the inside out. I stumbled across electromagnetic therapy and began to experiment with it on myself, friends and family. I came to the happy discovery that this kind of treatment rejuvenates and heals the body, on a cellular level.

I am now a Certified Technician in electromagnetic therapy and a Consultant for Swiss Bio Solutions and have incorporated pulsed electromagnetic therapy in my practice.

I very much enjoy a holistic approach to health and skin care, and I combine and offer cutting edge skin care treatments and products to my clients.

Recently I came across Purium, an amazing company that promotes healthy products and healthy lives. As soon as I tried their products I immediately knew I had to be a part of this company. Now I have the opportunity to introduce some wonderful healthy products to my clients that will not only give them even more beautiful skin on the outside but give them a healthy body from the inside.

The lifestyle I choose to live now is primarily focused on a healthy, holistic, mind, body and spirit connection. Some of the most important aspects I practice are the law of attraction; positive thinking; healthy diet and exercise, as well as having strong connections with family and friends.
